PSP Checkout Embedding
An integration where 7Konto is added as a native payment method inside a payment service provider's existing checkout — so every merchant on that PSP's gateway sees "Pay with 7Konto" automatically, with zero code changes on the merchant side.
Definition
PSP Checkout Embedding is the integration path where 7Konto sits inside an existing payment gateway's checkout, alongside cards, wallets, and other payment methods the PSP offers. The PSP integrates once at the gateway level; every merchant using that gateway then sees "Pay with 7Konto" appear as an additional payment method at checkout, with zero code changes on the merchant's website. When a customer selects it, the widget authenticates them via one of four one-click methods and Smart Account Detection routes them to the correct balance (personal B2C or corporate B2B/B2E). This is sometimes called "the Starbucks model for banks" — closed-loop economics delivered through a merchant's existing gateway rather than a custom app.
Examples
A PSP integrates 7Konto once, and 3,000 merchants on their gateway suddenly accept gift cards, prepaid, B2B fuel, and corporate meals — with no work on the merchant side
An EMI adds 7Konto to their checkout so their merchants can accept employer-provided allowances (meals, wellness, fuel)
A payment processor adds 7Konto alongside cards for closed-loop use cases card networks don't serve well
How 7Konto uses this
PSP Checkout Embedding is 7Konto's primary integration path for payment service providers, gateways, EMIs, and processors. One gateway-level integration exposes 7Konto to every merchant on the platform. Merchants change nothing on their sites. The PSP earns revenue share on every closed-loop transaction. Typical rollout is 6–8 weeks from partnership call to a live pilot with 5–10 merchants.

Smart Account Detection
Automatic routing at checkout that identifies whether the paying customer has a personal (B2C) balance or a corporate (B2B/B2E) account, and applies the correct rules, limits, and merchant restrictions.
Interchange Fee
A fee paid by the merchant's bank to the customer's bank on every card transaction. Set by Visa and Mastercard. Applies to open-loop card payments — not closed-loop.
